"Tuffy" Super Jam Stopper
TJS
82-70
PROBLEM: When a pin is coming up the pin wheel bottom first and is dropped onto the orientation pan and then rolls onto the distributor belt; the pin is grabbed by the belt and pulled over the side of the distributor or turned sideways causing a pin jam. Another indicator of this problem would be finding pins laying on the floor behind the machine.
This problem can happen on any distributor belt, but more often happens on rough top belts which have more grabbing power.
NOTE: The bottom first pins are almost always pulled over the side of the distributor opposite the BE motor.
REMEDY: When installed the "Tuffy" Super Jam Stopper will prevent the pin from going over the side of the distributor or turning sideways on the belt.
